A building with twelve flats with between one and three rooms is being promoted on Avenida Catalunya 24. Located in a central area and well connected, less than half an hour by car from the center of Barcelona. 

The project includes four houses on the ground floor, four on the first floor and four on the second floor. The houses have one or two bathrooms, private balcony or terrace. Possibility of parking space and storage room.

The floor is made of synthetic floating laminate parquet in gray varnished oak. In the bathrooms there are beige stoneware tiles on the floor, white ceramic tile cladding on the walls and Roca house toilets of The Gap Square model.

A kitchen has been designed with white colors and used spaces. Includes 60 cm vertical decorative hood model TBS, electric oven and induction hob from TEKA. Microwave and dishwasher ready. The taps are from the Roca brand, Targa model.  

The carpentry provided is in anthracite gray textured anodized aluminum from Cortizo with roller shutters in the same color as the exterior carpentry.

All homes have air conditioning and low-consumption, high-efficiency aerothermal heating with a duct system, electronic video intercom, tv antenna and pre-installation for cable television. The installation of a parabolic antenna for satellite channels is also planned. ​

The project complies with the Technical Building Code in terms of soundproofing, air conditioning, insulation, materials, etc.
